Summer Staged Readings 2006

Dublin Carol – The local premiere of Conor McPherson�s study of a man and his failed past – a staged reading On Christmas Eve, a local undertaker makes difficult choices, as he confronts stark issues from his past, in this recent work by the award-winning author of The Weir and Shining City. John Boonin, Tim Grimes and Bethany Meier are featured in this production directed by Loretta Grimes.

Wed. August 30 (8:00 pm)
The Gin Game – The beloved Tony-winning play – a staged reading A simple game of cards becomes a battle of wits for two residents of a senior home in this well-known comedy/drama. Larry Rusinsky is the resident, determined to win at least one game of gin against newcomer Erica Dutton – the woman with a mysterious past. Lenore Ferber directs this audience favorite.
